The table is able to detect bare-skin touch when participants lean on its conductive table-edges. If participant touch eachother while holding the table's edge, a tiny electric current is passed through their conductive bodies, trigerring interactive responses through airflow blowing from under the table and triggering the light of the lamp. These responses are inititially hidden from the participants, and once figured out after guided into interaction through a set of instructions, experiences often led to playful and exploratory interactions as much as reflective conversations about the personal meaning of touch.
